Private AI-Security Briefing

A private AI-security briefing is a 90-minute working session on your actual deployment: your architecture, your agents, your data paths, run with the people who have to approve it and then own what happens next. It is not a training course and it is not a compliance review. You bring the system you are about to put into production, or the one already running, and we work out what breaks and who carries it.

What you leave with

A one-page decisions memo. The risks that are real in your environment, the decision each one forces, and who owns it. Written during the session in your language, not a template with your logo dropped on the front. It is the document you can take into a risk committee the following week and defend.

What we cover

Who it is for

Security and technology leaders putting AI into production in an enterprise environment. You already understand the technology. What you are short of is someone who has carried an outage at 2am, read the incident report afterwards, and can tell you which of your risks are live this quarter and which are theatre.

If what you want is a published framework recited back to you, I am the wrong person to call.

How it runs

Ninety minutes, remote or in person in Melbourne, one session, up to six people from your side. Fixed fee of A$3,500.

Before anything is booked we talk for twenty minutes, so I can tell you whether a briefing is worth your money. Sometimes it is not, and I will say so.
